At Air Liquide Healthcare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
